This broadcast actually suggests that some youths are good and the government don't listen and it insinuates that it is the governments fault and that they are doing the wrong things about it and that they are the cause.
The broadcast is biased against the government and lets us see the point of view from a good articulate youth.
The youth in this clip is given a fair voice in the media although Boris Johnson didn't want to listen
